Candidate Requirements :

- Spring AI / LangChain4j

- LLM integration with Java applications

- Agentic workflows ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, tool/function calling

- RAG, embeddings and Vector Databases

- Prompt engineering and AI guardrails

- Strong experience in enterprise Java/Spring Boot microservices and full-stack development

- Experience with application modernization, cloud migration and production support

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable microservices using Java to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise applications.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs that facilitate seamless communication between complex distributed systems.

- Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks into backend services to automate decision-making processes and enhance user experience.

- Manage message streaming and data pipelines using Kafka to ensure low-latency data processing across the platform.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to maintain consistent deployment environments.

- Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines on GCP to accelerate release cycles and improve code quality.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications that drive product evolution.
