About the Role :

Were looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our fast-paced and innovative team. Youll be responsible for building next-generation, high-performance web applications and crafting user experiences that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and build efficient, reusable front-end systems and abstractions

- Develop highly responsive UI components using React concepts

- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure robustness and scalability

- Ensure assigned systems perform optimally at scale

- Collaborate closely with co-founders, product managers, and backend engineers to break down UI/UX flows into actionable development tasks

- Deliver features on time while maintaining code quality and performance standards

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience as a ReactJS or React Native developer

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML

- Experience with React-based frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby is a plus)

- Understanding of browser internals and network stack

- Basic knowledge of application security practices and frontend deployment techniques

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest is a plus)

- Proficiency in Git and GitHub

- Ability to write concise, structured, and maintainable code

Good to Have :

- Strong UI/UX design sense

- Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bulma) or CSS preprocessors

- Understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and CSR (Client-Side Rendering)
