The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the QA team in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

- Ensure the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing processes.

- Guide and mentor team members in best practices for manual and automated testing.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

- Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 6 years in QA with a focus on Manual and Automation Testing.

- Testing Tools : Strong knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.

- Leadership : Proven ability to lead and guide a QA team.
