Position : Lead - Mobile Application Developer

Location : Gurugram (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities :

As a Lead - Mobile Application Developer at Shiprocket, you will :

- Lead and mentor the mobile development team to deliver high-quality applications for Android, iOS and Flutter platforms.

- Oversee collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.

- Guide the team in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.

- Establish and enforce code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Additional Leadership Responsibilities :

- Drive technical strategy and Roadmap for mobile applications.

- Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers.

- Coordinate with product management and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Android and Flutter.

- Proficiency in any Swift, Kotlin, and Java.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.

- Experience with API integration.

- Expertise in consumer application development using Flutter and Dart.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
