Mandatory Requirements :
- 4+ Years of experience in Flutter (Focused on Mobile app Development)
- Advanced proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, and UIKit, with the ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code
- Extensive experience with iOS/Android Frameworks and working with GraphQL or RESTful APIs
- Core Data, SQLite or any database management systems
- Knowledge of creating SDKs and custom iOS/Android frameworks
- Experience in creating SDKs from Flutter
- Knowledge of Apples design principles and application interface guidelines
- Proven ability to write well-structured, maintainable code (are you proud of your codebase?)
- Flutter state management libraries (Provider, MobX) and Responsive UI Design
- Understanding of native bridging between Flutter and platform-specific code (IOS/Android)
- Experience in performance profiling and optimizations (e.g., jank-free animations, memory management, and reducing app size)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Added Advantage :
- Multiplatform and cross platform integration experience (IOS/Android/React Native)
- Strong UI/UX skills and experience with animations in Flutter
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter (Fast line, Code magic, or GitHub Actions)
- Automated testing (Unit, Widget, and integration testing) in Flutter
- Experience in conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and setting up technical guidelines for a team
