As a Sharepoint Specialist at Dotsquares, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support the company's internal operations and client projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of teams by providing them with robust and user-friendly collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SharePoint-based solutions, including site collections, document libraries, lists, and workflows, to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain custom SharePoint applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Configure and manage SharePoint security settings, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to SharePoint users to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.

- Migrate existing content and applications to SharePoint Online to facilitate cloud adoption and improve scalability.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions, including site collections, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
