Role Overview:

This role is for a highly skilled SharePoint Modern Developer who will be instrumental in shaping our digital workplace solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications and integrations within SharePoint Online, leveraging the latest technologies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, you will translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and intuitive solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to streamline critical business processes, foster collaboration, and maximize the value derived from our Microsoft 365 investment, ultimately empowering our employees and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS to address specific business needs and improve user engagement.

- Integrate SharePoint with various Microsoft 365 services and external applications, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced functionality across our enterprise ecosystem.

- Create, optimize, and manage sophisticated Power Automate workflows to automate complex business processes, significantly reducing manual effort and improving operational agility for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate functional specifications into high-quality, maintainable code.

- Provide expert technical guidance and support for SharePoint Modern environments, upholding best practices in development, security, and performance to ensure a stable and efficient digital platform.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing custom solutions for SharePoint Online, leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.

- Proficiency in integrating SharePoint with various Microsoft 365 services, including a strong command of the Graph API and other M365 capabilities.

- A proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Power Automate workflows to streamline critical business processes.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, adept at navigating and resolving technical challenges within the dynamic Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline is highly desirable.
