Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint and M365 Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise-grade solutions. In this role, you will act as the primary technical bridge between business requirements and scalable cloud infrastructure, working closely with global stakeholders, cross-functional engineering teams, and client leadership. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives by leveraging the full spectrum of the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring that our internal and client-facing platforms are secure, performant, and aligned with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust M365 and SharePoint Online solutions to address complex business process automation needs and improve organizational productivity.

- Lead the migration of legacy on-premises workloads to Azure and M365 environments, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data integrity for end-users.

- Develop custom applications using SPFx, Power Platform, and Azure Functions to extend the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite for diverse business units.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement governance frameworks, ensuring that all cloud solutions adhere to global data protection standards.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for cloud-native development to foster a culture of engineering excellence within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale SharePoint Online and M365 environments, with a deep understanding of tenant-level configurations and security protocols.

- Proven ability to design and implement custom solutions using React, TypeScript, and the Microsoft Graph API to create seamless user experiences.

- Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Key Vault, to support scalable backend integrations.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear strategic roadmaps for non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, capable of managing project lifecycles across distributed teams in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Pune.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 16 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
