- Administer and manage SharePoint Online environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts using modern frameworks (SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).

- Design and implement Microsoft CoPilot Studio AI Agents to automate business processes and enhance productivity.

- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Power Platform, and Azure services.

- Support migration, configuration, and upgrades for SharePoint environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and CoPilot-related issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online (Administration and Development).

- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint site configuration, permissions, and governance.

- Hands-on experience with SPFx, REST APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integration.

- Recent and demonstrable experience in Microsoft CoPilot Studio building, training, and deploying AI Agents.

- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform connectors.

- Solid understanding of information architecture, content management, and document collaboration.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
