Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SSRS with SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in SSRS, SSIS, and SharePoint to lead end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage project execution, ensure efficient delivery processes, and enable effective collaboration across teams.

This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven leadership in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the overall delivery management process, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports to provide actionable insights into project performance and outcomes.

- Utilize SSIS for data integration, transformation, and ETL tasks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.

- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for documentation, collaboration, and communication across project teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular project meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and provide solutions.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) this is a critical requirement.

- Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and data management tasks.

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint for project collaboration and documentation.

- Excellent project management and delivery execution capabilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges efficiently.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end project success.

- Knowledge of additional reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT delivery processes.
