Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Online Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions that enhance collaboration, workflow automation, and document management across the organization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to implement modern SharePoint capabilities and integrate them with Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, Power Automate flows, and PowerApps for process automation.

- Configure SharePoint permissions, content types, site collections, and metadata to optimize user experience.

- Develop custom web parts, workflows, and extensions using modern development frameworks (React, TypeScript, etc.).

- Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and third-party systems.

- Perform migration of content from legacy SharePoint on-premises or file systems to SharePoint Online.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SharePoint sites.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are applied within SharePoint environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 development.

- Strong expertise in SPFx, CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integration.

- Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions management.

- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Graph API, and Microsoft Teams integration.

- Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
