Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions to support business collaboration, document management, and workflow automation needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint-based solutions.

- Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, pages, and web parts as per business needs.

- Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Implement document management, metadata, permissions, versioning, and retention configurations within SharePoint environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including access, performance, customization, and integration problems.

- Support migration of content, documents, and workflows from legacy systems or file shares to SharePoint with minimal business disruption.

- Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and best practices in SharePoint design and implementation.

- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective adoption of SharePoint solutions.

- Stay updated on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server development and administration.

- Proficiency in SharePoint customization using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

- Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and business process solutions.

- Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, content types, metadata, and document management capabilities.

- Experience in integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications and other enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with migration tools and approaches for SharePoint content and solution migration is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

- Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) for incident and request management.
