Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, build, and support modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.

- The role involves developing SPFx-based applications, integrating with Azure and Power Platform, and delivering scalable, secure business applications for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 solutions, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.

- Build modern client-side solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript, React, and ES6+ JavaScript.

- Develop modern front-end applications using React or Angular, integrating with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnP Libraries.

- Design and develop .NET Core / .NET 6+ Web APIs, Azure Functions, and microservices to support SharePoint Online integrations.

- Lead and execute SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online migration activities, including site architecture design, metadata cleanup, scripting, and content migration automation.

- Develop enterprise-grade business solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model-driven, Power Automate Cloud Flows).

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging Microsoft Fabric workloads such as Lakehouse, Dataflows, and Pipelines.

- Implement secure, scalable Azure-hosted solutions using App Registrations, authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Optimize database interactions using SQL and NoSQL technologies, including performance tuning and indexing.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint technologies, including 2+ years of SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) solution development.

- Strong expertise in SPFx development with TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience integrating SharePoint with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnP Libraries.

- 2+ years of experience developing .NET Core / .NET 6+ Web APIs, Azure Functions, and microservices.

- Proven experience in SharePoint migrations (SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online).

- Strong database experience with SQL and NoSQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.

- Solid hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power BI, including Microsoft Fabric.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, authentication, security, and provider-hosted solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
