About the Role :

At Intellectt, were seeking a skilled SharePoint & JDE Integration Engineer / Developer to lead automation of the Requisition-to-Purchase Order (Req-to-PO) process.

This role focuses on integrating SharePoint Webforms, Microsoft Copilot, and JD Edwards (JDE) to streamline PR creation, approval tracking, and PO generation delivering transparency and real-time status updates for requestors.

EXP : 5+ Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy SharePoint Webforms or Copilot Chatbot workflows for requisition capture and approval.

- Integrate approved PR data from SharePoint/Copilot into JDE for automated PO generation.

- Develop two-way synchronization between JDE and SharePoint to display PO details and balances in real time.

- Build functionalities for PR status tracking and PO receipt recording within SharePoint.

- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to validate data flow and ensure audit compliance.

- Document workflow logic, API mapping, and exception-handling mechanisms.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online & On-Prem) forms, workflows, and Power Automate.

- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / Chatbot development (Power Virtual Agents or Azure Bot Service).

- Strong integration experience with JD Edwards (Procurement, Requisition, PO) modules.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware integration tools.

- Background in Procurement workflow automation and ERP connectors.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio and workflow automation.

- Exposure to Azure Logic Apps or Integration Services.

- Prior experience automating PR ? PO ? Receipt processes.

- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles.
