About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, build, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions that drive efficient business processes and seamless collaboration. Youll work across SharePoint Online/on?premise, Power Platform, and integrate with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, pages, web parts, and intranet portals

- Implement SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Provider?Hosted Add?ins, SharePoint Designer workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows

- Integrate SharePoint with external systems (CRM, ERP, REST APIs, third?party services)

- Configure permissions, site collections, content types, metadata, and taxonomies ensuring governance and security compliance

- Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and user support to ensure smooth operation

- Prepare technical documentation and conduct end?user training and handover sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 3-5+ years of proven SharePoint developmentOnline (O365), 2013/2016/2019 on?premise

- Strong experience with :

- C#, ASP.NET, .NET frameworks

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, SharePoint Designer

- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, REST APIs

- SQL Server / T-SQL (stored procedures, data modeling)

- Experience with Power PlatformPower Apps & Power Automate

- Familiarity with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, Quest)

- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, UX design, governance, and security best practices

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, project management, and documentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Microsoft certifications (MCPD, MCSE, SharePoint Developer)

- Experience with additional M365 tools like Teams, Power BI

- UI frameworks exposure (React, Angular, Bootstrap)

- Familiarity with Azure AD, OneDrive integration, and SharePoint governance
