We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer with 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SPFx, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration, ShareGate migrations, workflow automation, and modern collaboration platforms. Experience with Jira for project and task management is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, configure, and support SharePoint Online sites, site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and modern communication/team sites.

- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, including web parts, extensions, and integrations.

- Design site architecture, content types, columns, hub sites, and implement SharePoint best practices.

- Troubleshoot SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, and integrations.

- Develop advanced SharePoint customizations using JSON formatting, PnP PowerShell, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API.

- Configure and support OneDrive for Business, including sync issues, sharing, permissions, storage policies, backup/restore, versioning, retention, and compliance.

- Administer and support Microsoft Teams, including team creation, governance, guest access, channels, apps, connectors, meetings, calling, chat, and SharePoint integration.

- Build modern SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph API, following secure coding, deployment, packaging, and performance best practices.

- Plan and execute ShareGate migrations from SharePoint on-premises or tenant-to-tenant, including assessment, mapping, testing, validation, reporting, and issue resolution.

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation, approvals, integrations, monitoring, optimization, and documentation.

- Use Jira for sprint planning, task management, bug tracking, dashboards, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.

- Strong hands-on experience with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with ShareGate or similar SharePoint migration tools.

- Strong experience in Power Automate workflow design and business process automation.

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and PnP PowerShell.

- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, permissions, governance, security, compliance, and Admin Center operations.

- Experience with Azure AD, app registrations, authentication, and authorization.

- Experience using Jira for project and task tracking.

- Comfortable working in a 24x7 support model from the office.
