Role Overview:

As a SharePoint Developer at Sysmind Tech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint-based solutions to meet our clients' evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This role involves working on both SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments, utilizing your expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .Net, and SSOM to create custom web parts, workflows, and applications that streamline business processes and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions, including custom web parts, applications, and workflows, to address specific business requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.

- Design and implement SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions to extend the functionality of SharePoint Online.

- Utilize .Net and SSOM to develop custom solutions for SharePoint On-Premise environments.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for improved solutions.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .Net, and SSOM.

- Proven experience in developing custom web parts, applications, and workflows for SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content types, and metadata.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
