Sharepoint Developer

Key Responsibilities :

SharePoint Administration & Management :

- Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.

- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability, reliability, and scalability of SharePoint environments.

- Manage SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patching, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

- Implement and maintain governance policies, permissions, and security standards.

Solution Design & Development :

- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and document libraries based on business requirements.

- Build user-friendly and scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration for process automation and data visualization.

- Create reusable templates, web parts, and dashboards to support various departments and projects.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver tailored SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support :

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and access.

- Support end-users with SharePoint-related queries, permissions, and workflow errors.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.

- Document system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures for future reference.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver effective solutions.

- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for end-users.

- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates, tools, and best practices to improve system capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint Designer.

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, document management, and custom workflows.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CAML, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting is an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities.
