Sharepoint Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions leveraging Microsoft SharePoint technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premises and hands-on experience in building scalable solutions that enhance collaboration, content management, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions, workflows, and custom applications.

- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and forms.

- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.

- Develop PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) solutions.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices within SharePoint environments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance and functionality.

- Provide documentation, technical support, and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3-7 years of proven experience in SharePoint development (Online & On-Premises).

- Proficiency in :

1. SharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, JSOM, REST API

2. Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)

3. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular (preferred)

4. C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server

- Experience in SharePoint administration and permissions management is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Viva Connections integration.

- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AD).

- SharePoint/Power Platform certifications.
