Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or co-lead the migration from SharePoint Online to Contentful, including planning, execution, validation, and optimization.

- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot to support dynamic content delivery from Contentful.

- Integrate CMS data pipelines with Kafka for event-driven processing and Elasticsearch for content indexing and search.

- Optimize content storage, metadata handling, and user access through PostgreSQL and Contentfuls GraphQL/REST APIs.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and content owners to ensure seamless content experience across platforms.

- Mentor junior engineers on CMS technologies and backend service development.

Qualifications :

- Experience with enterprise content systems including SharePoint Online and headless CMS platforms like Contentful.

- Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and working knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Kafka in production environments.

- Demonstrated ability to lead migrations, refactor legacy systems, or develop integrations with modern SaaS platforms.

- Strong understanding of content modeling, search architecture, and cloud-based service design is a plus.
