Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Architect & Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of advanced SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LMS integrations, modern SharePoint customization, workflow automation, and external system integrations. This role requires a mix of technical depth and PM leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

1. LMS Integration & Learning Experience Enhancements :

- Integrate SharePoint with Viva Learning or similar LMS platforms.

- Create a seamless embedded learning environment within SharePoint.

- Design custom learning pages, content hubs, and dashboards.

2. Audio / Podcast Content Section :

- Build an audio-based learning area within SharePoint.

- Use tools such as ElevenLabs (or similar) to convert text to audio (nice to have).

- Ensure mobile-friendly access for on-the-go learning.

3. Chatbot Integration :

- Integrate chatbot solutions like Tawk, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar.

- Enable intelligent search and guided navigation within SharePoint.

4. Recruitment Hub Development :

- Build a Recruitment Hub integrated with the company website.

- Develop workflows for application forms, intro videos, screening quizzes, and automated data flow into SharePoint.

- Implement internal admin workflows for candidate management, approvals, and onboarding.

5. Technical Architecture & PM Leadership :

- Lead architecture planning, sprint management, and project delivery.

- Work closely with business teams, HR, L&D, engineering, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Architecture.

- Strong experience with LMS systems, Viva Learning, SCORM/xAPI.

- Experience integrating external tools (chatbots, audio tools, content APIs).

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AD, and MS 365 ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with portals, workflows, forms, and automation.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
