SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Developer with over 4.6 years of experience in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade solutions using SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016) and SharePoint Online. The role involves delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on digital transformation and modern workplace enablement.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and architect enterprise SharePoint solutions on SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online

- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions

- Implement Power Automate workflows for business process automation

- Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) applications

- Ensure best practices for data governance, document management, security, and compliance

- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services

- Oversee full lifecycle implementations including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams

- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern Microsoft technologies

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016)

- Proficiency in Power Platform :

- Power Automate

- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

- Experience in solution architecture and design

- SharePoint customization, permissions management, and governance

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance practices

Good to Have Skills :

- Power BI integration

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx) exposure

- Azure services integration

- Experience in modern workplace or digital transformation projects
