We are seeking an experienced and proactive SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join our team. This is an onsite position in Bangalore, TVM (Thiruvananthapuram), or KOC (Kochi), and we are looking for an immediate joiner. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing professional with a proven track record in SharePoint Online migrations and Power Platform development.

Key Responsibilities :

- SharePoint Migrations : Lead and execute SharePoint Online migrations using ShareGate, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of content and sites.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop and implement automation and configuration tasks for SharePoint using PowerShell scripting.

- Power Platform Development : Design and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps and automate workflows with Power Automate to streamline business processes.

- Client Communication : Actively participate in daily stand-up calls, providing clear technical updates to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

- Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, offering solutions and guidance to team members and clients.

- Problem-Solving : Tackle challenges independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development.

- Migration Tool : Proven expertise with ShareGate for SharePoint content and site migrations.

- Scripting : Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

- Power Platform : Experience in designing and deploying solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Work Style : Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Power BI : Experience with integrating Power BI with SharePoint or PowerApps.

- Microsoft Ecosystem : Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive.

- Certifications : Microsoft certifications related to the Power Platform or SharePoint.

- Modern SharePoint : Knowledge of modern SharePoint frameworks (SPFx) and REST APIs.
