Shareplex Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain SharePlex replication across Oracle and other supported databases.

- Monitor replication performance and proactively resolve latency or sync issues.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for SharePlex environments.

- Collaborate with DBAs, application teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data replication.

- Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies using SharePlex.

- Document replication architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience with SharePlex in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL.

- Experience with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

- Familiarity with replication concepts, high availability, and disaster recovery.
