SFDC Vlocity Developer - Salesforce CPQ

Key Responsibilities :

- Work extensively on OmniScript, Vlocity Card UI framework, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures for building advanced UI, guided flows, and business processes.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment within Agile environments.

- Configure Vlocity components aligned with industry frameworks, especially for Communication, Media, and Technology (CMT) domains.

- Implement and enhance functionalities for Order Management, CRM, CPQ, Pricing, Quoting, and lifecycle processes such as Quote-to-Order and MACD.

- Perform seamless deployment of Omniscripts and Vlocity components across environments.

- Integrate Salesforce systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and industry-standard middleware.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams for solution delivery.

- Track project progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

- Provide production support, issue resolution, and optimization of functionalities.

- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and improvement of development

standards.

- Work effectively in global delivery models across onsite, offshore, and agile teams.

Required Technical Skills :

configuration, Platform App Builder, and system configuration.

- Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with Vlocity platform development.

Deep understanding of Vlocity OmniStudio components including :

- OmniScript

- DataRaptor

- Integration Procedure

- Card UI framework

- Practical experience integrating Salesforce applications using SOAP, REST, JSON, and web

services.

- Strong understanding of Vlocity data model and industry CRM frameworks.

- Experience handling deployments and configuration management across multiple

environments.

Functional & Domain Knowledge :

Solid CRM understanding with emphasis on :

- Order Management

- CPQ

- Quoting

- Pricing

- Customer lifecycle processes

- Good exposure to CMT domain processes such as Quote-to-Order and MACD actions.

- Ability to work with large datasets and real-time, customer-facing configurations.

Professional Competencies :

- Proven experience working in Agile delivery models.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in global and multi-location teams.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Vlocity CPQ or Order Management Certification (Preferred)

- Salesforce Platform Certifications are an added advantage.
