- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/design experience.

- Salesforce Congic, Apex, Aura, LWC

- Flows

- Understanding of Salesforce Limits & Salesforce Async Capabilities

- Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Skills

- Using Gen AI for Development

- Apex Limits, Coding Best Practices

- Trigger Framework Understanding

- Good UI Understanding - JS/ CSS

- 7x SF Certificates

- Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.

- Working experience with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

- Should have hands on experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design & Triggers

-Should have experience in LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and UI Design.

- Work as a part of a multi-faceted team to build highly customized and complex Salesforce solutions using the latest technologies: Lightning Web Components

- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application.

- Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.

- Excellent Communication with Customer and Client

- Experience working in Agile projects

Purpose of the role :

- To design, develop and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities :

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organizations technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.

- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.

- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
