Role Overview :

As the SFDC QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations and custom applications. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify and resolve defects. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients by delivering high-quality, robust Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations.

- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce applications.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or other Salesforce-specific testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide QA input and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.

- Perform API testing to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems.

- Conduct data validation testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations and custom applications.

- Proven expertise in performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing within a Salesforce environment.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.

- Experience with API testing and integration testing methodologies.

- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium or other Salesforce-specific testing frameworks for automated testing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex defects.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
