Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SFDC Developer / Lead who possesses strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning components, integrations, and hands-on coding using object-oriented principles. The ideal candidate will work within a SAFe Agile environment, lead development activities, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.

- Apply strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts to create scalable and maintainable code.

- Lead development efforts following MVC architecture patterns and Salesforce best practices.

- Build and optimize custom applications using Salesforce Lightning framework and Developer Console.

Integration & API Development :

- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.

- Perform API testing, load testing, and performance testing using tools like Postman and JMeter.

- Design and develop EAI/B2B solutions using B2B tools and J2EE concepts.

- Work on ESB/SOA/BPM middleware integration layers using tools such as MuleSoft.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead end-to-end technical design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, providing technical direction to the team.

Testing & Performance Optimization :

- Ensure robust testing through unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.

- Optimize Salesforce applications for speed, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development; minimum 4 years for developer roles and up to 10 years for lead roles.

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Integration, SOQL, and OOP.

- PD2 Certification is mandatory.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework, Visualforce, and component-based architecture.

- Proficiency in API testing, load testing, and performance tools like Postman and JMeter.

- Strong knowledge of MVC design principles and application architecture.

- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.

- Experience with MuleSoft or similar ESB/SOA/BPM middleware tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in B2B integrations and J2EE concepts.

- Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
