Architecture & Solution Design :

- Serve as the Salesforce solution architect to design scalable and maintainable architecture across Mattel's Salesforce Service Cloud org and related integrated third party apps and modules.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform best practices.

- Define and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and security models.

- Analyze existing solution design and identify opportunities for optimization, better alignment to best practices, and improved functionality for business users.

Development & Configuration :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and validation rules.

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and web services.

Application Support & Enhancements :

- Provide ongoing support for production issues, system performance, and user inquiries.

- Manage release cycles, code versioning, sandbox refreshes, and deployment pipelines.

- Deliver enhancements and bug fixes while ensuring platform stability and adherence to governance standards.

Collaboration & Governance :

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to understand business needs and prioritize enhancements.

- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and security standards.

- Guide junior developers and provide mentoring in Salesforce best practices

Communication :

- Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues.

Problem Solving :

- Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and 2+ years in a Salesforce architect or lead developer role or similar experience.

- Hands-on experience in CPQ.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment lifecycle

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

- Cultural Awareness : Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Gitlab CI/CD tool.

- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Experience supporting global enterprise Salesforce environments.
