SFCC Testing Lead

Role Overview :

As an SFCC Testing Lead, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, leading a team of testers, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers.

You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective test plans. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring seamless and error-free online shopping experiences for our customers, ultimately driving increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for SFCC implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project goals.

- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.

- Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify and resolve defects.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system functionality and translate requirements into testable scenarios.

- Manage the testing lifecycle, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting, to ensure timely and accurate results.

- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing-related activities, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies for SFCC implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of testing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Expertise in various testing methodologies and tools, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex testing issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a remote/hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

- 7- 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SFCC implementations.
