Role Overview :

We are seeking a strong SFCC OMS professional with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of order lifecycle, distributed order management, and retail/eCommerce processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3- 5 years of hands-on SFCC OMS implementation experience

- Experience in order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, returns & exchanges

- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B)

- Strong understanding of retail & eCommerce domain

- Integration with ERP (SAP/Oracle), payment gateways, shipping providers

- REST/SOAP API integration knowledge

- Data modeling & configuration in SFCC OMS

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SFCC OMS solutions

- Customize order orchestration workflows

- Integrate OMS with ERP, CRM, WMS systems

- Handle end-to-end order lifecycle management

- Troubleshoot production issues

- Collaborate with business & functional teams
