About the role :

We are currently seeking to hire a AI/ML Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further's trengthen our software engineering & delivery team.

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for production use.

- Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

- Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

- Deploy models to cloud/on-prem environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes).

- Monitor model performance and build retraining pipelines to ensure long-term accuracy.

- Document technical designs, processes, and results clearly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications and systems.

- Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5 plus years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering along with knowledge of ML Ops.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.)

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or other applied AI domains.

- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).

- Knowledge and experience with Databricks or Snowflake are mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).

- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).

- Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.

- Exposure to real-time model serving and inference optimisation.
