Role Overview :

As a Software Engineer at Setlmint.Com, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and related applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations for businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails and Python to support our web and mobile applications.

- Design and implement user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and React Native for web and mobile platforms.

- Build and maintain our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

- Integrate our platform with various ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reconciliation.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure maintainability and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Ability to multitask and look at all aspects of product development

- Individual who loves to code and is self driven and bring solutions to the table and gets the job done

- We are looking for individuals who will work with ownership of the product and code.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.

- Proven experience in building mobile applications using React Native.

- Solid understanding of database design and development, particularly with MySQL.

- Familiarity with Python and its application in backend development.

- Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud-based deployment strategies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Terms/Non-negotiable :

- 2 yr bond

- Work from office in Mumbai location / Worli

- Working days are Mon to Sat / 9:30 to 7:30

- No flexi hours or remote working
