Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience : 4- 5 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, and integrations, along with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Configuration :

- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and service catalog items.

Integration Development :

- Design and develop secure integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, AWS) using REST and SOAP APIs.

System Maintenance :

- Perform instance upgrades, patches, cloning, and regular health checks to ensure system stability and performance.

Requirement Analysis :

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Documentation & Testing :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and perform unit testing and support UAT cycles.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Identify, debug, and resolve platform issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong experience in ITSM modules and ServiceNow platform capabilities

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD preferred)

- Exposure to modules like ITOM, HRSD, or CSM

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Additional Information :

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred

- Candidate should be open to working from the Chennai office
