About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow WBD (Workplace & Business Digital) Platform & Integrations Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow development, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, API integrations, and platform automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Development :

- Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow WBD platform including custom apps, workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and catalog items.

- Develop and optimize modules across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), or other WBD components.

- Create data models, tables, relationships, ACLs, and system configurations.

Integrations :

- Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, web services, and third-party connectors.

- Configure and support integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Active Directory, Azure, Jira, Slack, or other business applications.

- Develop and maintain scripted REST APIs, scripted web services, and integration mappings.

Solution Design & Delivery :

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct impact analysis, build proof-of-concepts, and deliver high-quality technical documentation.

- Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Maintenance & Support :

- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and regression testing to ensure platform stability.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong proficiency with :

1. JavaScript, Glide APIs

2. Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Data Sources

3. ServiceNow ATF, Script Includes, Business Rules

4. Service Catalog & Request Workflows

- Experience developing and supporting complex API-based integrations.

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management practices.

- Experience with WSD/WBD modules, Workplace Reservations, Space Management, or Workplace Service Portal (preferred).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
