Job Description :

ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with 8+ years of experience.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and design appropriate ServiceNow VR solutions.

- Implement and configure ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including vulnerability lifecycle, remediation workflows, assignments, SLAs, and reporting.

- Implement and troubleshoot integrations with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, etc.

- Work with CMDB, CIs, asset data, and IRE to ensure accurate vulnerability-to-CI mapping.

- Configure/customize ServiceNow components and troubleshoot implementation issues.

- Conduct client workshops, demos, solution discussions, and provide technical recommendations.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow VR/SecOps implementation.

- Good understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.

- Working knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform configuration/development.

- Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.

- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.

- Preferred : ServiceNow VR/SecOps certification and experience with enterprise vulnerability management implementations.

Total Experience : 8 - 10 years
