ServiceNow TSM Architect - OSS/Telecom

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Design: Develop OSS service assurance architecture across fault, performance, SLA, and probing domains.

- Tool Expertise & Integration: Lead integration of tools like ServiceNow TSM, IBM Netcool, HP TeMIP, EMC Smarts, EXFO, and Gigamon.

- Data & Analytics: Analyze KPIs, alarms, and logs; implement analytics using Kafka, NiFi, Hadoop, etc.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years in OSS architecture with focus on service assurance.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow TSM (Telecom Service Management) mandatory.

- Hands-on with fault/alarm management, performance monitoring & SLA tools.

Preferred :

- IBM Netcool, AIOps (Watson, Nokia Assurance Center, etc.).

- Solid understanding of RAN, Core, SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS, DWDM, Ethernet.

- Exposure to AWS/Azure and OSS/BSS integration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in ServiceNow, TOGAF, TMF.

- Experience with Frontier OSS or similar.

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
