Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow TOSCA & ATF Tester, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical automation and quality assurance within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining sophisticated test frameworks that ensure the stability and performance of ITSM modules. Working closely with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders, you will drive the automation strategy to reduce manual testing overhead, ensuring that every deployment meets rigorous quality standards and enhances the end-user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement comprehensive automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and TOSCA to validate complex ITSM workflows and configurations.

- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to identify critical test scenarios that mitigate risks during platform upgrades and feature releases.

- Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts to ensure high reusability and reliability across different ServiceNow instances.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring that performance bottlenecks or functional defects are addressed prior to production deployment.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices for automation testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal quality assurance framework.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) for end-to-end testing of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.

- Hands-on experience in designing and executing automation scripts using Tricentis TOSCA, specifically for web-based enterprise applications.

- Strong analytical ability to translate complex business requirements into structured test cases and automation logic.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical findings and quality metrics to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven capability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment across our Hyderabad and Pune offices, demonstrating self-motivation and collaborative spirit.

- A minimum of 6 - 10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a specific focus on ServiceNow platform testing.
