About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Techno-Functional Architect to lead enterprise-level transformation programs focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, technical governance, and cross-platform integrations.

The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, a strong architectural background, and the ability to mentor and lead delivery teams.

You will be expected to act as both a strategic advisor and a delivery leader, ensuring high-quality ServiceNow implementations that align with enterprise business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow CSM & FSM solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and align solution designs with business goals.

- Architect integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

- Define governance models, best practices, and design standards for ServiceNow implementations.

- Mentor developers and administrators by reviewing designs, conducting code reviews, and providing technical leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps to ensure multi-module alignment.

- Provide thought leadership by staying current with ServiceNows product roadmap and recommending enhancements.

- Manage solution risks by identifying dependencies, potential gaps, and ensuring compliance with enterprise policies.

Must-Have Skills :


- 8 - 12 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5+ years in a techno-functional architecture role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.

- Expertise in system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Proven experience in solution architecture, governance, and stakeholder management.

Good-to-Have Skills :


- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.

- Understanding of enterprise security standards, compliance frameworks, and CMDB governance.

- Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM/FSM.
