Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and provide architectural guidance.

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs.

- Configure and develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other ServiceNow components.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

- Participate in solution design, release planning, deployments, and platform upgrades.

- Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 - 11 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Technical Leadership.

- Strong expertise in :

1. ServiceNow Architecture

2. ITSM

3. ITOM

4. HRSD

5. Custom Application Development

- Hands-on experience with :

1. JavaScript

2. GlideScript

3. AngularJS

- Strong experience with :

1. REST/SOAP Integrations

2. Scripted REST APIs

- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization, configuration, and development.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with :

1. Flow Designer

5. Platform Analytics

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are preferred.
