Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, IT Operations Management modules, integrations, CMDB strategy, and emerging AI capabilities including Agentic AI and Now Assist. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience delivering complex ServiceNow transformations in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the overall architecture, design, and implementation strategy for ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Orchestration, and Flow Designer.

- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.

- Establish CMDB governance, data quality frameworks, and service mapping strategies to improve operational visibility.

- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

- Architect and implement ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Agentic AI use cases, intelligent automation, and AI-driven operational workflows.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture governance, and best practice guidance to development teams.

- Support platform performance optimization, scalability planning, security, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Drive solution workshops, architecture reviews, effort estimations, and technical roadmap planning.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, ServiceNow standards, and organizational governance requirements.

- Participate in Agile delivery processes and support successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and implementation.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. ServiceNow Discovery

2. Service Mapping

3. Event Management

4. CMDB

5. Orchestration

6. Flow Designer

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Agentic AI, Now Assist, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong scripting expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow development frameworks.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, IT Operations Management, and service lifecycle management.

- Experience leading architecture discussions and mentoring technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs.

- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
