Role Overview :


We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead platform architecture, integrations, and governance across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will define end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensure platform best practices, and provide technical leadership to development and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple modules.

- Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with stakeholders.

- Define and govern platform best practices, coding standards, and solution quality.

- Oversee and guide integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external systems.

- Drive CMDB design, data modeling, and alignment with ITOM processes.

- Mentor and provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

- Work closely with product, security, and process teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC (and related modules)

- Deep experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, and discovery.

- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and large-scale implementations.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory

- CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or CIS Preferred

Good to Have :

- Experience working in complex enterprise or multi-instance environments.

- Exposure to governance, platform upgrades, and performance optimization
