We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Team Leader to lead a team of developers in delivering top-tier platform services to global clients. This role requires deep technical expertise across ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM) and proven leadership in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring timely delivery of incidents, requests, and enhancements

- Serve as the primary point of escalation for platform-related issues and ensure rapid resolution

- Enforce best practices across code-based and no-code configurations within the ServiceNow platform

- Conduct peer reviews, sprint planning sessions, and support user story estimation

- Present developed solutions to stakeholders and business process owners

- Manage regular platform maintenance, including upgrades and clone activities

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Mandatory Certifications : ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) & CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in development and leadership roles

- Strong knowledge and implementation experience in modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD

- Proficient in JavaScript (client-side and server-side scripting)

- Familiar with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
