ServiceNow Team Lead - ITSM/ITAM Module

Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to drive the administration, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules across the organization.

The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, support ongoing platform improvements, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead and support the design, development, and administration of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM/PPM, and ITAM modules.

- Guide team members on ServiceNow best practices, configuration standards, and technical troubleshooting.

Platform Operations & Administration :

- Handle daily administration tasks, operational tickets, and platform maintenance activities.

- Support enhancements, customizations, and continuous platform optimization.

- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, release planning, and regression validations.

Module Support :

- Work extensively across :

1. ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request)

2. SPM/PPM (Project, Demand, Resource Management)

3. ITAM (SAM, HAM, ALM)

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Participate in solution design workshops, technical reviews, and planning sessions.

Testing, Deployment & Support :

- Conduct UAT support, deployment activities, and coordinate after-hours releases when required.

- Provide post-deployment validation and ensure smooth operational continuity.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM/PPM, and ITAM modules.

- Proven capability with enhancements, platform upgrades, and integrations.

- Ability to lead troubleshooting, guide junior developers, and ensure best practices.

- Good understanding of scripting, workflows, and ServiceNow configuration capabilities.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
