Description :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, Financials) and manage integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Jira.

- Configure and manage Project Workspace, APM (Application Portfolio Management), and strategic planning modules within ServiceNow.

- Design and implement Roadmaps, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and other portfolio management solutions.

- Work closely with business teams (PMO, CIO Office, Finance) to gather requirements, lead workshops, and deliver functional/technical solutions.

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer).

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Provide leadership in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring that implementations adhere to Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features and best practices.

- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth delivery, user adoption, and successful project closure.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with focused on SPM.

- Expertise in Project Management, Demand Management, Agile/SAFe delivery, and financial planning within the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow SPM modules and JavaScript scripting.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
