Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business and enterprise portfolio management requirements.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, streamline portfolio processes, and drive operational efficiency across project and resource management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules based on business requirements.

- Work on end-to-end Demand to Project lifecycle implementation and management.

- Configure and support :

1. Demand Management

2. Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

3. Resource Management

4. Agile Development (preferred)

5. Investment Funding

6. Financial Planning & Budget Tracking

- Design and develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

- Configure Project Workbench, Planning Console, Resource Plans, and portfolio planning functionalities.

- Develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and other enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and data integrity.

- Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance activities.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.

- Conduct system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.

- Provide support and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.

- Expertise in ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.

- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with JIRA, MS Project, or other third-party tools.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform governance and best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/SPM certification preferred.

- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

- Exposure to ITSM, ITBM, or CSM modules is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies.

- Experience with reporting and analytics tools within ServiceNow.
