Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations.

Responsibilities :

- Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.

- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.

- Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills required :

- Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.

- Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.

- Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.

- Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.

- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.

- Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.

- Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.

- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

- User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.

- Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
