Job Title : ServiceNow SPM Consultant.

Work timings : 3 pm to 11 pm.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) professional with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise to design, configure, and optimize SPM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, with at least 2 years focused on SPM/ITBM.

- Strong understanding of project management processes, demand lifecycle, and financial planning.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with SAFe is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in creating custom workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and catalog items.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships within SPM modules.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

- ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
