We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing workflows, developing structured training data for AI models, and creating logical enterprise process scenarios. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work across ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.

- Build and optimize workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management configurations.

- Create, validate, and analyze data using JSON, structured datasets, and SQL queries.

- Develop and map enterprise-grade scenarios to ServiceNow processes.

- Contribute to AI model training workflows, including building structured training datasets.

- Craft effective prompts and instructions for AI and automation workflows.

- Conduct detailed analysis with strong attention to detail and logical structuring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers when required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.

- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge articles.

- Proficiency in JSON authoring and handling structured data.

- Solid understanding of SQL for data analysis and task validation.

- Experience designing enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.

- Exposure to AI training workflows and structured data creation.

- Strong prompt engineering capabilities.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving.

- Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).

- Any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (CSM or HRSD).

- Experience with AI/ML workflows, annotation, or training data preparation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
