Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled SOM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow SOM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management capabilities along with deep platform knowledge, architecture experience, and proven delivery capability across end-to-end implementations.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution consultants to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Primary Skills Required :

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow SOM Architect

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOM (Service Order Management)

- Experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) or CSM (Customer Service Management)

- ServiceNow Certifications :

a. CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory

b. CAD (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory

c. Additional CIS Certification preferred

d. Minimum 2 End-to-End ServiceNow Implementation Projects

e. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SOM solutions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design solution architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including SOM, SPM/CSM, workflows, integrations, and automation.

- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Support integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.

- Participate in solution reviews, estimation, planning, and governance activities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically in SOM implementations.

- Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

- Knowledge of telecom/order management processes is an added advantage.

Certifications Required :

- CSA Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)

- CAD Certified Application Developer (Mandatory)

- CIS Certification(s) preferred
